Caring for Someone You Love?
You Don't Have to Figure Everything Out Alone.
Caregiving can bring questions you never expected to have to answer.
Where do I find help? What services are available? How do I support an aging parent? Who can help my family navigate what comes next?
For 20 years, Caregivers Outreach has helped family caregivers find information, connect with resources, navigate changing care needs, and feel supported throughout the caregiving journey.

About Caregivers Outreach
Twenty Years of
Standing With Caregivers
Caregivers Outreach was founded in 2006 from a simple but powerful belief:
The people who spend their lives caring for others deserve support, too.
What began as an effort to recognize and educate family caregivers has grown into a community resource connecting caregivers and families with information, services, education, professional guidance, and meaningful community connections.
Today, we work directly with caregivers while also partnering with healthcare providers, employers, community organizations, government agencies, and other institutions to build stronger systems of support around them.
Our Services
Support for the Caregiving Journey
Caregiving doesn't look the same for every family. That's why Caregivers Outreach provides different levels of support depending on what you need.
Community Connection
Bringing Resources Closer to Home
Sometimes the easiest way to find help is to meet the people providing it.
Caregivers Outreach brings healthcare providers, government agencies, community organizations, service providers, and families together through Health & Resource Fairs, educational programs, community events, and partnerships.
Our three annual Health & Resource Fairs help families discover services, ask questions, and make direct connections with organizations serving their communities.

Youth Caregivers
Caregiving Doesn't Always Begin in Adulthood.
Children and young people can carry significant caregiving responsibilities within their families, often while balancing school, friendships, activities, and their own development. Caregivers Outreach: Youth Empowerment (COYE) is our dedicated youth caregiver division, focused on identifying, supporting, educating, and empowering youth caregivers while strengthening the systems surrounding them.
COYE's work includes direct support, professional education, school and community partnerships, advocacy, research, and youth caregiver awareness.

Caregiver Recognition
Celebrating the People Behind the Care
Recognition has been part of the Caregivers Outreach story since the beginning.
For two decades, our Annual Caregiver Recognition Gala has celebrated the compassion, resilience, sacrifice, and commitment of extraordinary caregivers.
More than 300 caregivers have been recognized through our work—and in 2026, we celebrate our 20th Anniversary Caregiver Recognition Gala.
