Bringing Resources Directly to the Community
Finding the right services can be difficult. Knowing what resources are available shouldn't be.
Each year, Caregivers Outreach hosts three major Health & Resource Fairs that bring healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, wellness resources, and essential services together in one accessible community setting.
Our goal is simple: make it easier for caregivers and families to find information, ask questions, make connections, and discover resources that can help.
One Place. Many Resources.
Connect With the Services Your Family Needs.
Caregivers often navigate multiple systems at once—from healthcare and home care to benefits, transportation, aging services, disability supports, and community programs.
Our Health & Resource Fairs give families an opportunity to connect directly with organizations that provide services in their communities.
Participating resources may include:
Healthcare Providers
Mental Health & Wellness Resources
Housing & Community Services
Home Care & Aging Services
Caregiver Services
Legal & Financial Education
Government Agencies & Public Benefits
Community-Based Organizations
Family & Youth Services
Disability Services
Food & Nutrition Resources
Health Education & Screenings
Available services and participating organizations vary by event.

What to Expect
More Than a Resource Table
Our Health & Resource Fairs are designed to make finding help feel more personal and accessible.
Rather than simply collecting brochures, attendees have an opportunity to meet representatives from participating organizations, ask questions, learn about programs and eligibility, discover new community resources, and connect with services that may support their families.
Depending on the event, fairs may also include educational presentations, health and wellness information, screenings, family activities, refreshments, giveaways, and other special programming.
Each fair is different, so visit the individual event page for current details.
Who Should Attend?
Our Community Is Welcome.
Our Health & Resource Fairs are designed for family caregivers, older adults, individuals with disabilities, families, and community members seeking information and resources.
You do not need to be enrolled in a Caregivers Outreach program to attend.
Whether you're actively caring for someone, preparing for future caregiving responsibilities, looking for a particular service, or simply want to learn what's available in your community, we encourage you to join us.

Are You a Community Organization or Service Provider?
Put Your Resources Where Families Can Find Them.
Our Health & Resource Fairs provide organizations with an opportunity to connect directly with caregivers and families in the communities they serve.
We welcome participation from organizations offering meaningful health, human service, caregiver, aging, disability, family, wellness, and community resources.
Potential participants may include healthcare providers, home care organizations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, health plans, aging-service providers, community programs, educational institutions, and other organizations whose services benefit families.
Vendor Participation
Connect. Educate. Serve.
Participating vendors are more than exhibitors. They are part of the resource network we're bringing directly to families.
Organizations are encouraged to provide meaningful information, answer attendee questions, explain available services, and help families understand how to access their programs.
Vendor opportunities may vary by event and are subject to availability and alignment with the purpose of the fair.

Sponsor a Health & Resource Fair
Help Keep Community Resources Accessible.
Our Health & Resource Fairs are made possible through the support of organizations and community partners that believe families should have easier access to trusted information and services.
Sponsorship helps Caregivers Outreach provide accessible community events while supporting event space, food and refreshments, educational programming, materials, outreach, family activities, and other event expenses.
Sponsorship opportunities may include recognition before, during, and after the event based on the selected sponsorship level.
Community Partners
Stronger Through Collaboration
Our fairs bring together organizations from across healthcare, government, human services, business, and the nonprofit community.
We are grateful to the partners who contribute their expertise, resources, time, and support to help families access valuable services.
